On February 20th, 2011 the Spiritualist Church of Indianapolis held it’s third annual membership meeting. In this meeting several board member positions were up for election. Here is the result of the elections.

The Annual Membership meeting is scheduled for 2/20/11 starting at 4:00 PM. All members are very encouraged to attend. We will be voting on several board positions.
President for a term of three (3) years (2011 – 2014)
Treasurer for the remaining term of two (2) years (2010 – 2012)
One (1) Trustee for a term of three (3) years (2011 – 2014)
One (1) Trustee for a term of one (1) year (2011- 2012)
Don’t forget, anyone seeking office must be a member in good standing. Only those who have been members of the church for three months or more may run for office or vote at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for office let a board member or your pastor know. We look forward to seeing everyone there so you can cast your votes!

Need a good Christmas idea? Our Lia Sophia fund raiser is underway, and our Lia Sophia representative will be at tonights service 11/21/10. Deadline for orders is December 12th, and you will have your jewelry before Christmas! Everyone who places an order will be placed in a drawing for free Jewelry! Appropriately 25% of all sales go back to the church!

The Spiritualist Church of Indianapolis wants to thank Marilene Isaacs for being our guest speaker on Oct. 3rd. We had a wonderful healing service, informative lecture, and awesome messages from Marilene! She was a blessing to all who attended and hope she is able to return again in the future.

Harvest Time Festival is scheduled on September 25th. We will gather together to celebrate our blessings with an All Message Service starting at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Pot Luck Supper at 7:00 p.m. $5.00 per person or a covered dish.
The Lia Sophia fundraiser raised $75.00 for the church. Thanks to all who participated to help the church!
There will be a Summer Seance on August 28th, starting promptly at 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. A Love donation will be taken at the door. Light snacks and non caffeine drinks served afterward.
